One of the best parts of this home is the location — tucked away, yet incredibly convenient.
Walk to local favorites like Dunsmoor, Wife and the Somm, The Grant, and Bub & Grandma’s, or take a short drive to Silver Lake, Echo Park, Highland Park, and Downtown LA. Hiking trails are just up the street, and the canyon setting makes it feel far removed from the city.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, patio, and side yard. The detached garage has been converted into a separate rental with it's own entrance and outdoor space.

- This is an older home with original character (not newly renovated)
- Plenty of street parking is available
- There is a separate unit on the property, but spaces are fully private (NOTE: when there is a guest change-over, the housekeeper will need to use the washer and dryer on the patio)
- Occasional neighborhood noise can happen (typical for LA residential areas)
